Snaresbrook Crown Court confirmed that Poco Lee was granted bail on September 11, 2026.
The court also confirmed that his plea and trial preparation hearing remains scheduled for September 15.
“The Defendant has been granted bail on the 11th September 2026,” James Baker, the court’s administrative team lead, told TheCable Lifestyle.
“There is a plea and trial preparation hearing on the 15th September 2026.”
The clarification comes amid social media reports that the dancer had been released from a UK prison and that the complainant had either withdrawn the case or reached an out-of-court settlement.
However, the court’s confirmation makes clear that the legal proceedings remain active.
Poco Lee is facing charges of attempted rape, two counts of rape and two counts of assault by penetration. The charges were previously confirmed by Snaresbrook Crown Court.
The September 15 proceeding is a plea and trial preparation hearing, rather than the trial itself.
Poco Lee has denied committing the alleged sexual offences. During an Instagram Live session with social media personality VeryDarkMan, the dancer maintained his innocence and said he would accept responsibility if he had committed the offences.
The case remains before the UK court, and Poco Lee has not been convicted of the allegations.
